  • Small Hair Tie or Rubber Band 
Monday August 24th: Picture Frames 
Supply List
  • 9 Popsicle Sticks  
  • Paint (any color you like)  
  • 1 Sheet of Paper (any color)  
  • Decorations (stickers, permanent markers, gems, pompoms, buttons, etc.)  
  • Paper Plate  
  • Paint Brush  
  • Tacky glue Tape  
  • Ruler  
  • Newspaper (to protect your workspace) 
  • Optional: Ribbon to hang frame or Toilet Paper Roll to make a stand for frame


No-Bake Home Cooking


August 6 (Evening): Denner's S'more Bars  

Equipment/Tools Needed: 

  • Microwave
  • 9 inch square baking pan
  • Waxed paper
  • Butter knife
  • Gallon size ziploc bag
  • Kitchen scissors
  • Large microwave safe bowl
  • Wooden spoon for stirring
  • Pot holder or oven mitt
  • 1/4 cup measure
  • Tablespoon measure 


  • Non stick cooking spray
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • One 10 oz. bag of mini-marshmallows
  • One 12 oz. bag of semisweet chocolate chips
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 9 graham crackers
  • Mini chocolate coated candies
  • Rainbow sprinkles


August 28 (Daytime): No Bake Lunch: PB&J Sushi and Watermelon Sparklers

Equipment/Tools Needed:

  • Cutting board
  • Rolling pin
  • Tablespoon measure
  • Butter knife for spreading and trimming bread
  • Kitchen scissors
  • Plate
  • Small Colander
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Cookie cutter ( star, heart or simple shape of your choice)


  • Creamy peanut butter ( or another kind of nut butter for peanut allergies)
  • Jelly of your choice
  • 2 slices of bread
  • One large slice of watermelon cut about 1/2 inch thick
  • Fresh blueberries, big enough to skewer

Fit With Friends Online 

The only equipment you'll need is:

- A chair

- Boxing gloves (optional)

- Pair of light dumbbells, or you can use items such as plastic water bottles, soup cans, etc.
