Online Art Class

June 1st: Father's Day Cards
Supply List
June 15th: American Flag for 4th of July 
Supply List (if you'd like to use Popsicle sticks)
  • 5 to 8 Popsicle sticks (for the flag stripes)
  • 1 additional Popsicle stick or a ribbon (to make a flag pole or hang)
  • Red and white paint 
  • Blue paint or blue construction paper with scissors
  • Paint brushes
  • Paper plate (for the paint)
  • Ruler 
  • Pen/pencil 
  • 1 sheet of paper (for the back of the flag) 
  • Tacky glue 
  • Toothpick
  • Newspaper or tablecloth to protect your work table
Supply list (if you'd like to use paper)
  • 1 piece of white paper 
  • 1 piece of red paper 
  • 1 piece of blue paper 
  • 1 piece of card stock paper or construction paper (for the base )
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • White crayon, white paint and paint brush, or stickers to make stars
  • Optional: Ribbon to hang



No-Bake Home Cooking

5/29 Pizza bagels  & Lemonade 


1 whole plain or egg bagel 

1/4 cup red sauce 

1/2 cup grated mozzarella 

Optional: pepperoni or dry salami slices, toppings like mushrooms, black olives, diced peppers 

Can of frozen lemonade 



Microwave safe plate 

Hot pads or oven mitts 

Measuring cups 

Large spoon for spreading 

Teaspoon for toppings 

Pitcher for lemonade 

Glass/ cup 

June 12 (Daytime): Brunch in a Mug (French Toast and Scrambled Eggs)

Equipment/Tools Needed: 
Microwave oven 
2 Large Microwave safe mugs 
Pot holder 
Fork or small whisk 
1/4 tsp. measuring spoon 
Saran Wrap 

3 eggs 
2 slices of bread 
2-3 Tablespoons of butter 
Shredded cheese 
Salt and pepper 


June 18 (Evening): Yogurt Pie w/ Graham Cracker Crust

Large gallon size ziploc bag
Rolling pin
1/4 cup measure
Butter knife
Small microwave safe bowl
Plastic wrap
Pie plate

9-10 sheets of graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
16 ounces of your favorite fruit flavored yogurt
8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
Fresh fruit for top to complement yogurt selection


Fit With Friends Online 

The only equipment you'll need is:

- A chair

- Boxing gloves (optional)

- Pair of light dumbbells, or you can use items such as plastic water bottles, soup cans, etc.
